Born Dec 6, 1990 in South Central Los Angeles, Michael "Tha Duce" Jones was raise by both parents. At a young age "Duce" developed a passion for music.

   In 2004 he recored his first track. He then knew that he wanted to pursue his dreams in the music industry, but growing up in the streets of Los Angeles was pretty rough "Duce" put his music aside after being exposed to the street life. He begin doing haircuts and, tattoos in the local neighborhood to support his family while becoming very sociable. 

  "Duce" being a people person, began meeting new people as if it was a thing of his nature.His mother would say "he had the gift of gab from his grandfather" and that he was a natural promoter and salesmen. Although "Duce" had many trades and responsibilities  he never gave up his music passion .

  In 2010 "Duce" had his first son naming him after himself and his father. The following year finding out He Was expecting a baby girl Duce" Then relocated to Las Vegas NV. There he would raise his kids in a more positive environment and have more.

  In 2017 "Duce" ran across his friend from California and began discussing and recording music again. In 2018 "Duce" purchased his own 

equipment and begin recording himself. Being influenced by artist like Tupac, Dr Dre. Snoop Dogg, Nipsey Hussle, Jay Z,  E40, P Diddy, Jermaine Dupree, and many more "Duce" wanted to pursue music independently.

  Later he then created a logo name and Social Profiles For "Grind Time Ent." Studying the craft for months he began doing his own production. Shortly after "Duce" finally released his first mixtape "The California Grizzly" May 2019.

 "Duce" has currently been dropping singles on all social media platforms and is in the process of dropping a new Mixtape called "GTE Tha Mixtape". This mixtape will be Ft. KHussle, QSmilez, Supa, Sonnie Lavoy, K Mamii, Shauny P, and more.Also  be on the lookout for his new EP Dropping Dec 6 titled "All I Got" .
